These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of optngrow.com and your enrollment in programs offered by OptnGrow (“OptnGrow”, “we”, “us”, “our”), an online training provider based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. By using this website or enrolling in a program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

OptnGrow offers online, mentor-led training in Python, Generative AI and Agentic AI, currently the 8-week GenAI & Agentic AI Builder program. Training is delivered through live online sessions, recorded sessions, assignments, projects and mentor support.

2. Eligibility and account

You must provide accurate name, email, phone and background details when you register or request a callback. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf. You are responsible for keeping any login details for our learning platform confidential, and access is for you alone; it may not be shared or resold.

3. Free Python week

Week 1 (Python Basics) is offered free of charge as recorded sessions. Taking the free week does not oblige you to enroll in the paid program.

4. Fees and payment

  • The paid program (Weeks 2 to 8) is priced at ₹8,999, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at the time of enrollment. Any discount or early-bird price will be shown before you pay.
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay or other authorised payment partners. We do not store your card or bank details.
  • Your seat in a batch is confirmed only after payment is received in full.
  • Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Batches and schedule

We share batch start dates and session timings before enrollment. We may reschedule a session for reasons such as mentor availability or technical problems, and will inform you in advance wherever possible and provide a recording or replacement session.

6. Learner conduct

You agree to treat mentors and fellow learners with respect, not to disrupt sessions, and not to submit plagiarised work as your own. We may suspend or end access without refund for harassment, abuse, cheating, or sharing or recording course material for distribution.

7. Intellectual property

All course content, including videos, slides, code, notes and assessments, belongs to OptnGrow or its mentors and is licensed to you for personal learning only. You may not copy, publish, sell or share it. Code and projects you build yourself remain yours, and you may show them in your portfolio.

8. Certificates

A certificate of completion is issued to learners who meet the program’s attendance and project requirements, as communicated at the start of the program.

9. Career support, no placement guarantee

Our program includes projects, interview preparation and career guidance. OptnGrow does not guarantee a job, placement, interview or salary outcome. Results depend on each learner’s effort, background and the job market.

10. Limitation of liability

Our services are provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, OptnGrow’s total liability for any claim relating to a program is limited to the fees you paid for that program. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for interruptions caused by your internet connection, devices or third-party platforms.

11. Third-party tools

Sessions and coursework may use third-party tools such as video-conferencing apps, code notebooks, AI model APIs and GitHub. Your use of those tools is subject to their own terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and will apply to enrollments made after that date.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
