OptnGrow provides online training services only. No physical goods are shipped.
1. How programs are delivered
All programs are delivered online through live sessions on video-conferencing tools, recorded sessions, our learning platform, and WhatsApp or email for announcements and mentor support. You need a computer and a stable internet connection to take part.
2. When you get access
- Free Python week: access to the recorded sessions is shared by email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of sign-up.
- Paid program: after successful payment, you receive a confirmation and your joining details (batch schedule, session links, learning platform access and community group) by email or WhatsApp within 48 hours, and before your batch starts.
3. Access to recordings
Recordings of live sessions are made available on our learning platform, normally within 48 hours of each session, for the period communicated at enrollment.
4. Didn’t receive access?
If you have not received your joining details within 48 hours of payment, check your spam folder and then contact us. We will resolve it within one working day.
