We want you to enroll with confidence. That is why Week 1 (Python Basics) is free, so you can try our teaching before you pay. This policy explains when fees for the paid program (Weeks 2 to 8, ₹8,999) can be refunded.
1. Free week
The free Python week involves no payment, so no refund applies.
2. Cancellation by you
- Full refund: if you request cancellation within 7 days of payment and before your batch’s third paid live session.
- No refund: after 7 days from payment, or once you have attended three or more paid live sessions, whichever comes first.
- You may instead ask to move to a later batch once, free of charge, if you request it before your batch’s third paid live session.
3. Cancellation by OptnGrow
If we cancel or postpone a batch before it starts, you can choose a full refund or a seat in the next batch. If we remove a learner for breach of our Terms & Conditions (for example harassment or sharing course material), no refund is due.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@optngrow.com from your registered email address with your name, phone number and payment reference, and tell us whether you want a refund or a batch transfer.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are initiated within 7 working days of approval, to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the amount may take a further 5 to 7 working days to reach your account. Payment gateway charges are not deducted from refunds that fall under this policy.
